What payment methods are available?

Do you offer personalization or custom orders?

Yes, many of our products offer personalization options. If a product can be personalized, you will see a personalization field on its product page. If you have a custom request, please contact us through our Contact Us page, and we will be happy to help.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

We are based in Ukraine, and all orders are shipped from Ukraine. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days after dispatch, depending on the destination. In some cases, shipping may take up to 4 to 5 weeks, especially due to customs checks, delays at sorting centers, or high-volume seasons such as the pre-Christmas period.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order through the shipping confirmation email or use our Track Order page by entering your order number or tracking number.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

At the moment, we sell only within the USA, and orders are shipped on a DDP basis, which means we cover customs duties. Tax and customs rules vary by country. When we expand shipping to other countries, we will provide separate information about duties and taxes for those destinations.

Can I return, exchange, or cancel an order?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us and send photos of the damage or describe the problem. If the item is defective, we will stay in close contact and provide full guidance to help resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will, by agreement with you, either send a replacement part with instructions, replace the item, or issue a refund.
