How long does it take to make and ship my order?

We are based in Ukraine, and all orders are shipped from Ukraine. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days after dispatch, depending on the destination. In some cases, shipping may take up to 4 to 5 weeks, especially due to customs checks, delays at sorting centers, or high-volume seasons such as the pre-Christmas period.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a clickable tracking number. To track your package, open the email and click the tracking number shown next to **“Your tracking number:”**. This will take you directly to the latest tracking information for your shipment.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customs duties and taxes depend on the destination and the shipping service used. For orders shipped to the United States using a DDP service, we cover the customs duties and import-related charges included in that service. The recipient may still be responsible for taxes or other charges not included in the shipping service. If you receive an unexpected customs payment request, please contact us before paying it.
