We are based in Ukraine, and all orders are shipped from Ukraine. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days after dispatch, depending on the destination. In some cases, shipping may take up to 4 to 5 weeks, especially due to customs checks, delays at sorting centers, or high-volume seasons such as the pre-Christmas period.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order through the shipping confirmation email or use our Track Order page by entering your order number or tracking number.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

At the moment, we sell only within the USA, and orders are shipped on a DDP basis, which means we cover customs duties. Tax and customs rules vary by country. When we expand shipping to other countries, we will provide separate information about duties and taxes for those destinations.
